Monthly Resource Meetings

Our free virtual Resource Meetings bring together individuals with disabilities and their families to learn from experts about key topics, new ideas, helpful programs, and resources. 

Independence Happy Hour

Informal Virtual Meetups for current and former participants and instructors of our Peer to Peer workshop to maintain and build connections within our community and share resources and advice.

Info Sessions

New to Families CCAN? Join us for an info session on Zoom to learn what we’re all about! Real-time sessions are held once per month.

Families CCAN Cook

Learn to cook dinner in an hour from the comfort of your own kitchen! Our expert instructor leads our community of cooks in guided sessions on Tuesday afternoons.

One Stop Workshops

Single-session workshops that provide in-depth, focused instruction on tools and topics you’ll need in your journey towards greater independence— whatever that looks like to you.

Office Hours

For all or our community members: Are you wondering if a Families CCAN program will be a good fit for you or your loved one? Are you looking for a quick resource recommendation? Join us for Office hours from 12:00-1:00pm on the first Tuesday of every month.

Peer to Peer Workshop

A 5-session series for older teens and adults with disabilities to learn what it’s like to live on their own. Sessions are led by peer instructors who are already living in the community with supports.

Delaware County Meetups

In-person Meetups for for our community members who live in or near Delaware County, PA. Join us to learn, share resources, and build connections.

Family Navigation

Connect with a knowledgeable, caring consultant to help your family navigate person-centered planning for your adult family member with disabilities. Individualized access to resources, support and charting next steps.
