You are invited to our second annual Fall Festival on November 14th, 2026!
Join us for music, crafts, activities, snacks, and time to connect with other Families CCAN Community members.
Everyone is welcome! Bring your friends, family, or support staff! Advance registration is strongly encouraged.

Location, transportation, and Accessibility:
The Fall Festival will take place in Boggs Hall at the Tree of Life Church: 933 Baltimore Pike, Springfield, PA 19064
You can park in either the front or back parking lot. The SEPTA route 109 Bus also stops right across the street from the church.
There are two entrances. Both will be labeled. The entrance in the front is accessible for people who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices. The back entrance requires the use of stairs. Follow the signs from either entrance to find us!
If you have questions or need help at any point, look for someone wearing an orange Fall Festival volunteer badge.
What to expect:
Doors open at 2:00pm, and activities run from 2:00-4:00pm. We will have a variety of fun craft stations, board and card games, and music. You are welcome to join in any of the activities you like and participate in whatever way feels comfortable to you. You are also welcome to come, have some snacks, and just hang out and socialize!
There is a ticket price of $15 per person. Your support staff is welcome to accompany you free of charge, but will need a ticket. More details are available on the registration page (click on the button below).
Advance registration is strongly encouraged, and will speed up the check-in process on the day of the festival. This will give you more time for activities. Plus, Knowing how many people to expect will help us to make sure that we have enough materials for activities and snacks!
When you register, you will be asked to share some information about yourself and sign a media release. This lets us know whether you are okay with having your picture taken at the event and shared on our website and social media.
Raffle Information
Raffle tickets with be available for purchase via cash or Venmo for several amazing items, including original artwork and other products donated by our community members.
All proceeds from the Raffle ticket sales will go towards funding our great programs, like Families CCAN Cook and the Peer to Peer workshop.
We are still collecting raffle items! If you would like to donate a raffle item, please click on the button below. (We are especially interested in handcrafted items and gift cards!)
Volunteers
Volunteers are needed for set-up, clean-up, and running activities during the festival. We need lots of help, and have many tasks that need to be filled. If you have some time and energy, we will find a job for you! Click on the button below, and we will contact you.
