Location, transportation, and Accessibility:

• The Fall Festival takes place in Boggs Hall at the Tree of Life Church: 933 Baltimore Pike, Springfield, PA 19064

• You can park in either the front or back parking lot.  The SEPTA route 109 Bus also stops right across the street from the church. 

• There are two entrances.  Both will be labeled.  The entrance in the front is accessible for people who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices.  The back entrance requires the use of stairs.  Follow the signs from either entrance to find us!

• If you have questions or need help at any point, look for someone wearing a Fall Festival volunteer badge.

What to expect:

• Doors open at 2:00, and activities run from 2:00-4:00pm.  We will have a variety of fun craft stations, board and card games, live music, and karaoke.  You are welcome to join in any of the activities you like and participate in whatever way feels comfortable to you.  You are also welcome to come, have some snacks, and just hang out and socialize!  

• There is a suggested donation of $15 per person, which can be paid via cash or Venmo when you arrive.  Support staff are welcome to accompany you without making a donation.

• You will be asked to check in and sign a media release.  This lets us know whether you are okay with having your picture taken at the event and shared on our website and social media later. 

• We will be collecting food items to help support our neighbors experiencing food insecurity.  Please consider bringing some  canned goods and other non-perishable food donations if you are able. 

Raffles and Vendors

• Raffle tickets with be available for purchase via cash or Venmo for several amazing items, including handmade mosaic picture frames, a basket of goodies from Wawa, and Fresh Roasted Coffee from Our Community Cup.  We will also be holding a 50/50 raffle (cash only).  All proceeds from the Raffle ticket sales will go towards funding our great programs, like Families CCAN Cook and the Peer to Peer workshop.  

• We will have two amazing vendors joining us.  Both take cash, credit cards, and venmo, so make sure you stop by to buy some of their amazing treats!:

• Doh (vegan & GF) Peanut Butter Pretzel

• Barista Jake will also be joining us.  It looks like it might be a little chilly on Saturday, so be sure to stop by his table to grab a hot beverage to warm up a bit!
