Calling all Individuals with Disabilities and Family Members!
Do you live or work in Delaware County?
Join us to make connections and share ideas and resources!
Our July Meetup has been postponed due to rain. We will meet on Monday, August 31st
If you live in (or near) Delaware County, you are invited to join us for an ice cream social in Rose Tree park!
Here are the UPDATED details:
When: Monday, August 31st, 2026 6:00pm-7:30pm
Where: Rose Tree park, 1671 N Providence Rd, Media, PA 19063
Who: Friends and Families from in and around Delaware County, PA
Details: We'll meet in a shady spot and share ice cream floats and conversation. Please bring your own lawn chairs or picnic blankets! (Raindate TBD)
This meeting is free to attend. Registration is requested so that we know how much ice cream to bring. Feel free to bring a friend!
We welcome individuals with disabilities and family members (parents, caregivers, siblings, friends, and any other significant people in your life)
DelCo meetups are free to attend. Donations to Families CCAN are appreciated, and can be made here.
