How can Families CCAN’s resources and networks help you organize to create more opportunities, connections, friendship and partnerships for next steps in independence?
Please join us to share your stories and visions for the future.
We welcome individuals with disabilities and family members (parents, caregivers, siblings, friends, etc).

Our next meet-up will be in person at Rose Tree park in Media!
Here are the Details:
When: 6:30-8:00pm, Wednesday June 4th, 2025 (rain date 6/5)
Where: Rose Tree Park, Media (meet us by the gazebo in the center of the park)
What: Meetup for adults with disabilities and their family members to make connections and share resources. Bring a lawn chair or a picnic blanket and your dinner. Please feel free to bring a friend!
Cost: This meeting is free to attend. Donations to Families CCAN are appreciated, and can be made on our website.
