Offered in 6-week sets, Families CCAN Cook provides guided sessions (hosted on Zoom) for individuals with disabilities and a family member or support person to prepare a balanced and nutritious dinner in one hour - in the comfort of their own kitchen! We focus on dishes with few ingredients and simple steps.

Our expert instructor leads participants to prepare 3 dishes: an entrée, a side dish, and a dessert. Once you register we will send you a list of ingredients and supplies needed for that week. Register for one session or all six in a set!

“Sarah and I are very thankful for these cooking classes. These sessions are better than anything else out there that I have found for cooking together.”

“I have been doing the program since the beginning and I love every minute of it. I like working with my support staff so I can be more independent and cook on my own.”
