Housing Readiness Workshop

Are you ready to begin your Housing Journey?

Housing for adults with disabilities is more than just finding an apartment to rent! What preparation is needed? When should you get started? Who needs to be involved? Where should you look? How will you make this work? Why is this process so complicated?!

This workshop addresses these questions—and many more—to provide a road map of next steps to take in planning. Engage the expertise of Families CCAN in the housing process to start your journey. Participate with other families with similar goals to build your connections and community. Begin your housing journey now!

Sessions are offered in the Fall and Spring of each year
